3player Now Available On Xbox Live for Xbox 360

TV3 Digital has announced a new partnership with Xbox which will give Xbox Live Gold members access to programmes from TV3 and 3e on Xbox 360.

3player, TV3 Group’s catch-up and on-demand service, which streams approximately 400 million minutes of content per year, and the new 3player app on Xbox Live for Xbox 360 will give Xbox Live Gold members access to  programmes from TV3 and 3e including Family Guy and American Dad plus lots more including soaps, drama and hit reality shows as well as TV3’s top new home-produced shows like Keith Barry Brain Hacker and game shows The Lie and Crossfire.

Brendan McGillycuddy, TV3 Group Digital Development Manager, said: “The arrival of 3player on Xbox Live for Xbox 360 allows us to expand our audience reach and continue our commitment to meet viewer demand across multiple platforms. Utilizing Kinect technology, users of 3player on Xbox 360 can navigate the app through voice and motion sensor. The app is also fully ad supported which means our advertising partners have a new platform on which to engage with a young, male audience through pre and mid-roll video advertising around key shows.
