Google Has Revealed Its New Look Logo
Google has revealed its new look logo to the World Wide Web. The new logo has already appeared on the homepage, with a little animation that wipes away the old logo and replaces it with the new one.
The new logo maintains the same colour scheme but the shades are of slightly different hues, and it has a new typeface called “Product Sans” that is meant to resemble the simple printing in a school book. This replaces a serif typeface that Google has been using in its logo for more than 16 years. The new logo still retains the rotated ‘e’ from the previous Google logo though, as a reminder that Google will “always be a bit unconventional.”
